Although this is only just beginning to open up, it already has great finesse with all the black berries you can imagine, plus clove, black pepper and a hint of olive. Great concentration, but remains so vibrant and fresh that it’s really hard to resist. Very long, clean and mineral finish. Great aging potential. From organically grown grapes. Better from 2021.
