“Firm, slightly floral and still yeasty notes, accentuated by aromas of yellow citrus fruits, a hint of rock candy, green herbal aromas, traces of aging and light minerality. Clear, firm and cool, fine juicy fruitiness, notes of nuts and yeast, delicate acidity and some grip, long-lasting on the palate, good substance and some depth, clear minerality, hints of spices, in the background coffee, very dry style, quite elegant, very good, polished and juicy finish with bite.”
