“Firm, quite deep and complex scents of citrus fruits with slightly notes of dried herbs and intense yeasty aroma, resinous tones as well as earthy minerality, a hint of tobacco and liquorice. Cool, firm, delicate juicy, yet concentrated fruit, completely dry, very subtle acidity, yeasty notes, earthy minerality again, still slightly tones of yeast, good sustainability, some grip, has power and depth, very firm and tangy-juicy finish with very slightly drying tannins.”
